Comment préparer sa tisane ?

La préparation d’une tisane bio est simple : quelques règles de base permettent d’en tirer le meilleur :

1. Quantité : 1 sachet (environ 2 g) pour 25 cl d’eau.

2. Température : 90 °C environ pour les plantes délicates (camomille, menthe), 100 °C pour les plantes plus robustes (gingembre, curcuma).

3. Temps d’infusion : 5 à 10 minutes en général ; ne pas dépasser 15 minutes pour éviter l’amertume.

4. Personnalisation : une tranche de citron ou une pointe de miel peuvent rehausser les saveurs sans altérer les bienfaits.

Quelle est la différence entre une tisane et une infusion ?

En usage courant, les deux termes sont souvent employés de manière interchangeable, mais ils ont des nuances. Une « infusion » désigne la méthode : extraire les arômes et actifs d’un ingrédient par trempage dans l’eau chaude. Une « tisane » est une boisson d’infusion centrée sur les plantes (feuilles, fleurs, racines) et leurs usages bien-être. Point clé : les infusions et tisanes de plantes sont naturellement sans théine, contrairement aux thés issus du théier. La lecture de la composition reste le repère le plus fiable.

The Yin & Yang Digest® infusion is all about balance. This organic herbal tea subtly combines the most iconic spices of Asia, among them star anise and cardamom. Coriander and green anis seeds round off the list of delicately balanced ingredients, to promote easy digestion.

With its subtle aniseed, and almost liquorice notes, this digestion-promoting herbal tea will be ideal after a meal. Containing no theine, it should be enjoyed hot, and even in the evening. This very gentle tea promises tasting sessions that exude serenity.

Thés de La Pagode® respects an age-old tradition to ensure that all the benefits of tea are preserved. Indeed, the quality and fragrance of a tea are determined, among other things, by the type of leaf picked. In spring, in the gardens of Thés de la Pagode®, the "Imperial Plucking" is practiced: the pluckers select only the bud ("Pekoe" in Mandarin) and the first leaf. Another technique used is "fine picking". In this case, the pickers remove the bud and the first two leaves.
